Department of Neurosurgery (DNS) Award

The Department of Neurosurgery Award is an annual award given for work relating to any other neurological system than brain tumors, spinal tumors, skull base, cerebrovascular and spine.

The award provides a $2,000 prize to a resident who has accepted or published a manuscript in a peer reviewed journal and/or has accepted or already presented an abstract at a national meeting. 

It may consist of clinical or basic science research.
