The primary objective of the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center is to promote cross-disciplinary collaboration across the University, Cincinnati Children’s, and UC Health to enable cancer research to move fluidly and efficiently from bench to bedside. Collaboration is what will drive our vision for a center that excels in cancer care, research, training, and community impact. Our membership program will help achieve this objective by coordinating cancer research under one administrative umbrella and providing the infrastructure and support researchers need for effective collaboration.
All University of Cincinnati faculty with an interest in cancer research, prevention, and care are encouraged to apply.
Membership in the Cancer Center affords clinicians and scientists access to internal pilot funding opportunities, core research facilities privileges at UC and Cincinnati Children’s, networking and professional development events, and communications and community outreach support.
Membership is open to trainees under the mentorship of University of Cincinnati Cancer Center members. Trainees include the following:
