The UC Department of Ophthalmology offers four PGY2 residency positions each year through the San Francisco Match (SF Match). All applications should be submitted through the Central Application Service of the SF Match (CAS) as this is the only way they will be accepted.
In the 2022-2023 academic year, there is a mandatory joint Internal Medicine Preliminary Year with a three-month Ophthalmology Concentration.
An application will be considered complete when all required documents are uploaded into CAS.

Review of complete applications will begin in early September. Interviews are by invitation only. There are three Interview dates this year. 11/29/22, 12/13/22, and 12/20/22.
