Meet Carley Grogan

Carley Grogan is the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency Program Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (UCCOM). She serves on the Resident Advisory Board within the Graduate Medical Education department and is a member on both the  Accreditation and Education Committees.

Since 2020 she has also served as the Program Coordinator of the ADVANCE PHM organization which is committed to achieving Gender Equity for Women in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. In addition she holds a leadership role for the EVOLVE Fellowship focusing on developing leaders in Pediatric Hospital Medicine to address the challenges of today’s Hospital Medicine workforce and workplace. She is passionate about quality improvement, resident education and promoting diversity within Hospital Medicine.
