Minority Housestaff Association

The Minority Housestaff Association is a mission led, multi-specialty organization that spans all residency and fellowship programs within the University of Cincinnati and extends to multiple other institutions.

The MHA provides opportunities for the advancement of underrepresented housestaff through mentorship, networking, professional development and community engagement, while promoting an environment of diversity and inclusion throughout the many programs they serve. 

The group creates community across specialties through professional/social programming and supports recruiting efforts for all UC residency programs. We welcome our prospective applicants to learn more about their mission, goals, and recent activities that many of our residents attend regularly.
